Meet Dr. Ben Manesh - Dentist Germantown, MD
A Passion for Oral Health
My daily interaction with my patients, moving them out of pain and giving them a confident and beautiful smile, is how I define success. Dentistry helps me understand people better, both physically and emotionally. My patients share their happiness and sadness with me, they confide their dreams and worries, and, in doing so, we become close. I am honored that my patients trust me to care for their most precious asset, their smile, and I do not take that responsibility lightly.
I feel particularly rewarded when patients who are nervous, in pain, or ashamed of their smile come to me. Working together, we overcome their challenges, and they leave with a wonderful, healthy smile, thanking my team and me for the care they have received.
Education and Commitment to Continuing Education
- Montgomery College
- Bachelor’s degree – University of Maryland at College Park
- Doctorate of Dental Surgery – University of Maryland at Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, graduated in top 10 percent of class
Oral healthcare is a constantly changing profession. From new technology to emerging treatment options, we’re working in an exciting time. I’m a committed, lifelong learner and pursue numerous continuing education courses throughout the year. This ensures my patients are able to benefit from leading-edge care that delivers the strongest results in the shortest amount of time.
I’ve studied a wide range of processes, including orthodontia, cosmetic dentistry, surgical procedures, dental implants, and laser surgery, to name but a few. This allows me to provide specialized care to my patients, rather than having to refer them to other practitioners.
We’ve brought together an incredible team at Supertooth Dental Group. Each person is highly trained, compassionate, and friendly. We’re committed to making sure every patient has a positive experience during his or her visit, and work together to ensure that happens.
Away from the Practice
I was born in Shiraz, Iran, and grew up in Maryland. For the last 15 years I’ve lived in Potomac with my wife of more than 25 years and our two children, who are in their late teens. When I’m not working, I’m most often found in their company: Our time together, whatever we’re doing, is valued.
