About Dr. Yim
Dr. Richard Yim was born in Iowa City Iowa, and grew up in Iowa, Michigan, and Seoul, Korea. He majored in Biological Basis of Behavior and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with Cum Laude, then continued his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating with his D.M.D, Dr. Yim completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. He is trained in cosmetic surgery, dentoalveolar, trauma, and TMJ surgery.
Dr Yim is enjoying all that the DMV area has to offer, along with his wife Dr Shin and their corgi puppy Mona. Ask him about his Corgi!
