✓ After brushing teeth regularly, place a pea-sized amount on toothbrush

✓ Apply at night right before sleeping

✓ Evenly place toothpaste throughout teeth or sensitive areas

✓ DO NOT RINSE MOUTH, you can spit any remainder

✓ Do not eat or drink after application

For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal disease

✓ After brushing teeth regularly, use ¼ cap full.

✓ Rinse for 30 seconds–1 minute

✓ Do NOT eat or drink after using for 30 minutes
