About Keon Manesh

Dr. Keon Manesh graduated Top 10 Magna cum Laude in his class at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS). Inspired by his father, a 1993 alumnus of the same esteemed institution, Dr. Manesh is a dedicated general dentist whose passion for dentistry blends academic excellence, clinical expertise, and a commitment to community service.

Dr. Manesh’s journey began at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. After undergrad, he worked alongside his father in their family dental practices, fueling his expertise in comprehensive dentistry, including operative dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery. He furthered his education at Johns Hopkins University, earning a Master’s degree in Biotechnology, honing his scientific and innovative thinking.

At the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, Dr. Manesh distinguished himself as a leader, serving as President of his DDS class for all four years. He was selected as one of only three students for the prestigious Diamond Scholars Program. In his final year, he treated patients at the University’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry Clinic alongside residents, mastering complex procedures and delivering advanced dental care.

Community service is central to Dr. Manesh’s mission. He founded the Planet Smilez Club, inspiring Baltimore students to explore STEM and oral health, earning the Deans Outstanding Community Service Award, the highest community service honor. His excellence was further recognized with the Diamond Scholars Recognition Award for advanced dental mastery, the Katharine Toomey Plaque for exceptional devotion and leadership to the profession, and induction into prestigious societies like Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), Gorgas Odontological, and Gamma Pi Delta, reflecting his outstanding scholarship and character.

Dr. Manesh specializes in individualized dental treatment, drawing on his extensive clinical experience to provide personalized care. Fluent in English and Farsi, he connects with a diverse patient base, believing in empowering patients through education and ensuring every visit is comfortable and transformative.

Outside the office, Dr. Manesh enjoys traveling, playing volleyball with his family, and pursuing continuing education to enhance his skills for his patients’ benefit. With a legacy of care and a vision for the future, Dr. Keon Manesh is committed to making a lasting impact—one smile at a time.
